Eligibility
- The child must be outside Australia at application and grant.

- Must have an eligible sponsor (relative who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible NZ citizen).
- Must meet health and character requirements.

- Prepare documents (proof of identity, relationship, parental status, sponsor’s citizenship or residency proof).
- Lodge application online or by paper through Immi Account.
- Wait for processing, once approved, the child can travel and live permanently in Australia.
